Every dollar makes a difference at the Mission. Donations make up 65% of our annual budget. We could not do this without you!

Retirement Distributions
Donations may be made to qualified charities out of your retirement account. Talk to your tax advisor about directing a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) or your annual Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) to the Dubuque Rescue Mission.

Project Wishlist: New Wrap for Box Truck
Help us replace the cracked, peeling wrap on our box truck! Total cost is $5,000 to remove and replace the wrap. If you are interested in supporting this project, contact Alyssa at alyssa@dbqrescue.org or (563) 291-6185.
Our trucks are used for picking up and delivering donations and purchases from our thrift stores, serving as a key fundraising tool for our organization.

Project Wishlist: Automated External Defibrillator
An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a medical device used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. We would like to purchase one to have at the Dubuque Rescue Mission. Project Wishlist: Phone Charging Locker
We would like to get a charging locker for our dining room so anyone in need can charge their phone in a safe spot. The locker allows each person to set their own PIN to secure their phone while charging. The cost of the six-unit locker is $900.
